When I first moved to Oceanside about two and a half years ago, I decided to pick up golf - something I had always been aquatinted with through my dad and husband, about but never had the interest to commit to. I remember being SO intimidated at first. I only felt comfortable golfing with my husband, who patiently taught me the rules and helped me understand the pace of play. But anytime he made plans to golf with friends - it was a hard pass! I didn't want to embarrass myself. Eventually, I started finding my rhythm and growing more confident on the course—but I realized I was still only golfing with my husband and his buddies. None of my girlfriends played, and I found myself craving that same kind of connection with women.

That’s why I joined ForeGals - to find a community of women who love golf, want to learn, or are just curious about the game. My hope is to help create a space where women feel supported, welcomed, and celebrated, no matter their skill level. Golf has been such a positive influence in my life—teaching me patience, confidence, and a whole lot of resilience— I want to help other women experience that too. Whether you're brand new to the game or have been playing for years, I want you to know there’s a spot for you here. Let’s build friendships, lift each other up, and have a whole lot of fun while doing it! I can't wait to meet you!
